She enjoys making it easier for transit employees to get things done for their customers, and has worked with transit organizations of all types and sizes, from 2 employees to 10,800. She specializes in working with operations and maintenance employees at all levels to take action on the things that frustrate them, which makes her part teacher, part coach, part project manager, part therapist, and part cult leader. Sarah lives in Denver, where she steals ideas from her husband (an operations manager), attempts to apply process improvement methods to her kids, and does not ski.
