Sarah Camacho

Sarah is passionate about helping government employees help their customers. Her favorite event at work is watching a front-line employee start to think of themselves as an innovator. She specializes in working with employees to make their organizations more effective and efficient, which makes her part teacher, part coach, part project manager, part therapist, and part cult leader. Sarah has completed process improvement Black Belt training with the City and County of Denver's Peak Academy and Lean Coach training with Denver Health's Lean Academy. She holds an M.A. in history from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, an M.S. in library science from the University of Kentucky, and a B.A. in history and anthropology from Yale University, all of which are more relevant to continuous improvement than you think.
